1. Digital Service

XAU Elite AI is a digital subscription-based service. Once premium access is activated, users receive immediate access to digital content, trading analysis, and signal tools.

2. Refund Eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated. Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment, technical billing error, or failure to activate access after payment.

3. Trading Losses

Refunds will not be issued due to trading losses, user decisions, market movement, broker execution, missed entries, or dissatisfaction with market outcomes.

4. Cancellation

Users may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund for the already purchased access period.

5. Refund Review

Refund requests must include payment ID, registered email, selected plan, and reason for request. Approved refunds may take time based on the payment provider and banking process.
